At this time when Zhengzhou Hengtian Special Cable Plant celebrates its 5th anniversary, on behalf of municipal committee & government of Zhengzhou, I deliver my warm congratulation towards Zhengzhou Hengtian Special Cable Plant and festival regards & sincere respects towards the personnel of the Zhengzhou Special Cable Plant & the family members!
During the past 5 years, under the leadership of Mr. Zhang , taking the development of China’s electric powers, communication & railway industry as own commitment , though the hardworking initiation and persistent struggle, Zhengzhou Hengtian Special Cable Plant becomes one of the major cable enterprises in the middle areas of China at present and makes a great achievement for the development of Zhengzhou.

We must strive to the industry input, carry out the strategy of name brand, cultivate the competitive products, push forward the optimization upgrade of industry structure. We must perform 100 items of major industry technology transform projects, strive for the technology transform capitals from the nation & province actively, accelerate the technology transform of the municipal traditional industry, improve the development & application of the innovative technology, boost the running quality& benefit of industry economy.
We hope that Zhengzhou Hengtian Special Cable Plant can take the 5th anniversary celebration as opportunity, keep good tradition in the future continuously, further release own ideas, keep the pace with age, pioneer and innovate continuously, and strive for the good deeds.
