Scope of application

　　It is mainly suitable for cable cars, gantry cranes, mobile cranes, platform conveyors, transportation equipment and machine tools with rated voltage of 0.6/1kv and below. The cable is also applicable to places with high mechanical and bending frequency and flexible motor connections.

　　1. The rated ac voltage U0/U of the cable is 0.6/1kv.

　　2, cable conductor long-term allowed working temperature is 90 ℃, outdoor minimum working temperature - 35 ℃,

　　3. The cable has the characteristics of high wear resistance, shantou resistance, ozone resistance, flame retardant, uv resistance and moisture resistance.

　　4. The insulation layer of cable is a mixture of EPR(ethylene-c) rubber, the inner sheath is a mixture of natural butylene rubber and the outer sheath is a mixture of CR(chloroprene) rubber.

　　5. The insulation layer of the main cable core is black, blue and brown. The insulation layer of the ground cable core is yellow and green.

　　6. The metal braid shielding layer adopts tinned copper wire, the weaving density is more than 80%.

　　7. The allowable bending radius for cable laying should not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
