Description
Scope of application
Cables are used for connection of railway signals, audio signals or automatic signal devices and are used in circuits with rated voltages up to 500V or up to 1000V dc. Among them, aluminum sheath and integrated sheath railway signal cables are suitable for electrified railway sections or places with strong electrical interference.

structure
Conductor core is 1.0mm diameter round copper wire, polyethylene insulation.
Cable core: two or four insulated wire cores of different colors shall be twisted into synthetic wire pairs or four wire groups, and shall be twisted into synthetic cable cores according to the specifications required by single wire, pair and four wire groups.
Sheath: plastic sheath: cable sheath: outer plastic tape or other insulating material tape + polythene sheath + steel tape 10 polythene sheath.
Composite sheath: cable outer plastic tape or other insulating material tape + aluminum plastic composite tape + polyethylene inner sheath + steel tape + polyethylene outer sheath.
Aluminum sheath: the cable core is wrapped with a layer of plastic tape and then wrapped with polyethylene plastic sheath (or wrapping with insulation tape)+ aluminum sheath + inner liner + armored steel belt + polyethylene outer sheath.
