Description

Scope of application

　　This series of products includes three varieties which are respectively used in:

　　High frequency cable: can be used to transmit 156kH Iz and below analog communication signals.

　　Low frequency cable: suitable for audio communication, communication relay line, control line of telegraph and broadcast, railway dispatch and branch, reference and branch of long-distance communication line.

　　High and low frequency integrated cable: can be used for comprehensive long-distance communication lines. The cable core is filled with oil paste, with excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance, free from pressure maintenance, and used in the environment with more rain and moist air. When the cable USES a high shield aluminum sheath, it can be laid along the electrified railway and in places with strong electrical interference.

　　Four quad Ⅰ type high frequency and low frequency

　　Conductive core nominal diameter of o.9mm soft round copper wire. The insulation is physical foam skin polyethylene with an outer diameter of 2.35mm. Red, green, white and blue four-color insulated wire core is twisted into four-wire group. The yarn is spiral wound with different colors and the outer diameter is 5.4mm.

　　Four quad Ⅱ type high and low frequency

　　The nominal diameter of the conductive wire core is 0.9mm or 1.2mm. The insulation of the soft round copper wire is physical foam leather polyethylene. The outer diameter is 2.8mm.

　　Signal quad

　　The nominal diameter of the conductive wire core is 0.6mm soft round copper wire. The insulation is solid polyethylene outer diameter 1.4mm. Red, green, white and blue four-color insulated wire core is twisted into four-wire group.

　　Signal lines to

　　A flexible copper wire with a nominal diameter of 0.6inm and 0.7mm. The insulation is solid polyethylene, the outer diameter of the insulation wire core with a diameter of 0.6mm is 1.4mm, and the diameter of the insulated wire core with a diameter of 0.7mm is 1.5mm.

　　Core and sheath

　　The core of the cable adopts concentric twisted synthetic cable. The cable core gap is continuously and uniformly filled with petroleum paste, wrapped with a polyphenol belt and a water-blocking belt, and then extruded with a polyethylene sheath and wrapped with a water-blocking belt. The outer hot-pressed aluminum jacket or ammonia arc welding aluminum jacket shall conform to cb2952-89.
