Product characteristics and application
It is suitable for electricity transmission as power lines with rated voltage up to 0.6/1 kV or Iower,lt has strongresistant characters against electromagnetic interference, thunder strike and even electric potential, improving power supply quality,lt is especially suitable to the places with pwecision electronic devices such as computer center,space&aviation supervision center, intellectual buildings, etc.

Application characteristics
1. The rated voltage of U0/U is divided into 0.6/1 kV.
2. working temperature of cable conductor: 90℃ for cross-linked polyethylene insulation; 70℃ for PVC insulation.
3. The maximum temperature of conductor in cable short circuit (not more than 5s at longest duration): 250℃ for cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable; 160℃ for PVC insulated cable.
4. Layout ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0t, the cables shall be pre-heated for the layout when it is lower than 0℃.
5. Allowable bending radius of cable: single-core cables shall not be lower than 20 times of the outside diameter of cable; multi-core cables shall be not less than 15 times of the outside diameter of cable.
6. The DC resistance of conductor is consistent with the requirements of GB3956 standard.
7. The finished cable shall undergo 3500V power frequency AC voltage test for 5min without breakdown.
8. The finished cable has characteristics of electromagnetic interference resistance and lightning strike resistance.
9. The combustion characteristic of cables: inflaming retarding cables shall undergo burning test of beam forming specified in GB12666.5 (IEC332-3). Fire-resistance cables shall undergo fire-resistance property test specified in G1312666.6 (IEC331).
