Product characteristics and application
The product is applicable for the power transmission under rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and the below power line.

Application characteristics
1 .The rated voltage U0/U is 0.6/1 kV.
2. The maximum long term admissible working temperature of cable conductor: 90t for the cross-linked polyethylene insulation; 70℃ for the PVC insulation.
3. The maximum temperature of conductor in cable short circuit (not more than 5s at longest duration): 250℃ for the cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable; 160℃ for the PVC insulated cable.
4. Layout ambient temperature shall not be lower than O℃,the cables shall be pre-heated for the layout when it is lower than 0℃.
5. Allowable bending radius of cable: single core cables shall not be lower than 20 times of outside diameter of cable; multi-core cables shall be not less than 15 times of outside diameter of cable.
6. Product cable shall undergo 3500V power frequency voltage test for 5min without breakdown.
7. The DC resistance of conductor at 20℃ is consistent with the requirements of GB3956 standard.
8. The cable is in the nature of low but uniform positive (negative) sequence and zero sequence working impedance which is of great advantage to improve the power supply quality-
9. Compared with the forth core of the common quadded cable, the concentric conductor's electric compression resistant value is much lower at zero sequence operating conditions. This is helpful for the sensitive reaction of the motor
short circuit protection devices so that the safe operation of the correlated cable devices can be guaranteed.
10. It has strong capability of electromagnetic interference resistance and lightning strike resistance.
11.The combustion characteristic of cables: inflaming retarding cables shall undergo burning test of beam forming specified in GB/T18380.3. Fire-resistance cables shall undergo fire-resistance property test specified in GB12666.6 (IEC331).
