Product characteristics and application
Gable is mainly used for connection of variable frequency power supply and frequency conversion electric machine,and power transmission and distribution lines with rated voltage of 1 kV and the below, for the use of power transmission,and is specially applicable to paper-making, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, power generation, metal processing,mining, railway and food processing and other industries.

Application characteristics
1 .The rated voltage of U0/U is divided into 0.6/1 kV.
2. The maximum long term admissible working temperature of cable conductor is 90℃.
3. The maximum temperature of cable conductor in short circuit (not more than 5s at longest duration) shall not exceed 250℃.
4. Ambient temperature for cable laying shall not be lower than 0℃.
5. Minimum bending radius shall not be less than 15 times of outer diameter of cable.
6. It has a strong property of withstand voltage impact and can withstand impulse voltage while high speedy and frequent frequency conversion.
7. It has a good shielding property and can reduce adverse effects of higher harmonic wave while frequency converter output.
8. The DC resistance of conductor is consistent with the requirements of GB3956 standard.
9. It can undergo 3.5kV/5min power frequency withstand voltage test without breakdown.
10. Inflaming retarding cable can undergo burning test of beam forming specified in GB12666.5.
11.Low smoke halogen-free inflaming retarding cable can undergo burning test of beam forming specified in GB12666.5, moreover smoke density while burning consistent with the requirements of GB12666.7 (IEC1034), pH value of gas aqueous solution while burning shall be 4.3 or above, electric conductivity shall be 10 u s/mm or below, moreover consistent with the requirements of IEC754-2.
