It is used for the signal transmission ,controlling and measuring system of the electric apparatus and the power distribute
apparatus in the field of metallurgy, power and petrochemistry . Its rated voltage (U0/U) is up to including 450/750V.

Executive Standards

The product is produced according to the standard of GB9330 (IEC227).
Low smoke low halogen inflaming retarding cable is produced according to the enterprise standard, flame retardant property is in accordance with the specified requirements of GB/T18380.3 (IEC332-3), G1311 2666.7 (IEC1034).
Low smoke halogen-free inflaming retarding cable is produced according to the enterprise standard, flame retardant property is in accordance with the specified requirements of GB/T18380.3 (IEC332-3), IEC754-2, GB12666.7 (IEC1034).
Inflaming retarding cable is produced according to the enterprise standard, flame retardant property is in accordance with the specified requirements of GB/T18380.3.

Application characteristics

1. Rated voltage (U0/U): 450/750V.
2. The maximum long term admissible working temperature of cable conductor: polyethylene insulated cable is 70℃; cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable is 90℃; PVC insulated cable is 70℃, 90℃, 105℃ (determined by the temperature resistant degree after the model); low smoke halogen-free inflaming retarding polyolefin insulated cable is 70℃，90℃ (determined by the temperature resistant degree after the model).
3. The minimum admissible laying temperature of cable: polyethylene sheathed cable is -20℃; PVC sheathed and low smoke halogen-free inflaming retarding polyolefin sheathed cable is 0℃ (pre-heat is required when it is less than the minimum admissible laying temperature).
4. The recommended allowable bending radius of cable: cable with armor or lapping shielding structure shall not be less than 12 times of outer diameter of cable; cable with other structures shall not be less than 6 times of outer diameter of cable.
5. The combustion characteristic of cables: inflaming retarding cables can undergo burning test of beam forming specified in GB12666.5 (IEC332-3). Low smoke low halogen inflaming retarding cable can undergo burning test of beam forming specified in GB12666.5 (IEC332-3), moreover smoke density while burning shall be consistent with the specifications of GB12666.7 (IEC 1034), HCL content in gas separating out while burning shall be 100mg/g or below (in accordance with the requirements of IEC 754-1). Low smoke halogen-free inflaming retarding cable can undergo burning test of beam forming specified in GB12666.5 (IEC332-3), moreover smoke density while burning shall be consistent with the specifications of GB12666.7 (IEC 1034), pH value of gas aqueous solution while burning shall be 4.3 or above, electric conductivity shall be 10μs/mm or below (in accordance with the requirements of IEC 754-2).
