Plastics insulated and sheathed low halogen, halogen-free low smoke inflaming retarding control cable is suitable for controlling, signal, measurement system of protective agent with AC rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and below.

Application characteristics

Power frequency rated voltage: U0/U is 450/750V, 0.6/1kV.
The maximum admissible working temperature of cable conductor shall be:
Low halogen inflaming retarding control cable: 70℃.
Halogen-free low smoke inflaming retarding control cable: 90℃.
When laying, the ambient temperature of cable shall not be lower than 0℃, when the ambient temperature is lower
than 0℃, the cable shall be preheated.
The recommended allowable bending radius of cable:
Unarmored cable shall not be less than 10 times of outer diameter of cable; armored or copper tape shielded cable
shall not be less than 15 times of outer diameter of cable; shielded flexible cable shall not be less than 10 limes of outer
diameter of cable.
Flame retardant property of cable shall be in accordance with requirements of level A, B or C in GB12666.5-1990.
Low halogen property of cable:
Emission amount of halogen gas when finished cable is burning shall not be more than 100mg/g.
Minimum transmittance when finished cable is burning shall not be less than 30%.
Halogen-free low smoke property of cable:
PH value and conductivity of insulation and sheath material when finished cable is burning shall be consistent with the
specifications in the table below.
