Product characteristics and application

Fluoroplastic insulated inflaming retarding PVC sheathed control cable has excellent performance of chemical solvent corrosion resistance. This product is suitable for connecting line of electrical instrumentation with AC rated voltage (U0/U) 450/750V and below, transmission line of the automated system in many enterprises like petroleum, chemical, electric power, and metallurgy and so on.

Executive Standards

The product executes enterprise standard.
Flame retardant property is in accordance with the specified requirements of GB/T18380.3 (IEC60332-3).

Application characteristics

1. AC rated voltage: (U0/U) 450/750V.
2. The long term admissible working temperature of cable conductor is 275℃, ambient temperature shall not exceed105℃
3. Minimum ambient temperature:-40℃for fixed laying，-15℃ for non-fixed laying.
4. Laying temperature for installation: not lower than 0℃.
5. The recommended allowable bending radius of laying: copper-plastic composite tape shielded or steel tape wrapping armored cable shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of cable, cables with other structures shall not be less than 6 times of outer diameter of cable.
