Product characteristics and application　　

compensating wire and cable used for thermocouple plays a role to extend the cold junction of thermocouple and connect with thermometer to form a temperature measurement system. The product adopts temperature measurement system, and it has excellent flame retardant property and resistance to moisture and abrasion.

Executive Standards

This product executes GB/T4989-94 (equivalent adopting IEC584-3) standard.

Flame retardant property is in accordance with the specified requirements of GB/T18380.3 (IEC60332-3)

Operating characteristics

1. Application temperature: 180℃ for heat resistance class, 70℃ and 105℃ for common class.
2. Minimum environmental temperature:
Fluoroplastics insulated inflaming retarding PVC sheath:
Fixed laying:-40℃, non-fixed laying:一15℃
Fluoroplastics insulated silicon rubber sheath:
Fixed laying:-60℃, non-fixed laying:-20℃
3. Laying temperature for cable installation: Fluoroplastics insulated inflaming retarding PVC sheath shall be not lower than 0℃, Fluoroplastics insulated silicon rubber sheath shall be not lower than一60℃.
4. Allowable bending radius of cable: Copper tape shielded winding cables shall be not less than 12 times of outside diameter of cable, other cables shall be not less than 6 times of outside diameter of cable.
