Product characteristics and application　　

Traveling crane cable, otherwise known as spiral cable, has excellent chemical properties. It is especially cold resistant,oil resistant, anti-climate, anti-wear and tear resistant. Spiral bulk shielding construction's resistance to a variety of electromagnetic interferences makes it especially suitable for medical treatment, semiconductor, chip and all other applications requiring tiny installation space.

Product feature

Used for gathering connection of wiring harness requiring moving up and down with rated AC voltage of 450/750V or DC voltage of 6V-1,000V and below, such as telephone, computer, electronic equipment pluggable unit and automobile,trailer, spring connection wire.

Operating characteristics

The product is characterized by: good flexibility and elasticity (tensile length is up to 3.5一4 times of original length of the spring). It is characterized by good cold resistance, flame retardance, oil resistance and high wear resistance. Various spiral type spring wires are customized according to demands from different occasions
Conductor structure: use single or mufti-strand copper wire (or tinned copper wire).
Insulation material: PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene or cross-linked polyethylene and fluoroplastic are used to meet demands from different occasions.
Sheath Material: generally use polyurethane elastic material.
Working temperature: based on customer requirements, cold resistant -65 degrees; temperature resistant 80 degrees,105 degrees, 125 degrees.
Production scope: standard cross section: 0.12-4 square meters (special specifications can also be customized).
Number of wire cores: 1-37 (special specifications can also be customized).
Length of spring: arbitrary.
