Product characteristics and application  

Intrinsic-safety explosion protection temperature measurement system compensating cable used in thermocouple is composed of multiple pairs of compensating cables used in intrinsic-safety explosion protection temperature measurement system, it also has the performance of explosion protection and safety, except for the performance that other compensating cables have. It is applicable to the environment with explosion danger and the situation with higher requirements for the performance of explosion protection and safety, it extends explosion protection thermocouple cold junction, it connects with explosion protection thermometer to form the intrinsic-safety explosion protection temperature measurement system.

 

Executive Standards

This product executes GB/f4989-94 (equivalent adopting (EC584-3) standard.
Flame retardant property is in accordance with the specified requirements of GB/T18380.3 (IEC60332-3).

 

Operating characteristics

1. Application temperature: 180℃ for heat resistance class, 70℃ and 105℃ for common class.
2. Minimum environmental temperature:
Fluoroplastics insulated inflaming retarding PVC sheath:
Fixed laying:-40℃, non-fixed laying:-15℃
Fluoroplastics insulated silicon rubber sheath:
Fixed laying:-60℃, non-fixed laying:-20℃
3. Laying temperature for cable installation: Fluoroplastics insulated inflaming retarding PVC sheath shall be not lower than 0℃, Fluoroplastics insulated silicon rubber sheath shall be not lower than -60℃.
4. Allowable bending radius of cable: Copper tape shielded winding cables shall be not less than 12 times of outside diameter of cable, other cables shall be not less than 6 times of outside diameter of cable.
